Often, the hardest part is simply making the decision to start. It is not unusual to feel hesitant about making that first step.

Of course, it is not unusual to experience difficulties at times. Generally, it is possible to resolve problems without seeking help. Sometimes, however, therapy can make a very real difference. Talking to a therapist is very different from talking to family, friends and loved ones; you can say exactly what you feel without the fear of hurting or upsetting those you care about.

Finding the right therapist that you like and trust and feel comfortable talking to, is very important.
